How to install my sena 30k mesh on my hard hat

Before starting the install
Go buy
Longer screws( for mounting) ridge on back of husqvana and stihl hard hat are to thick for the screws that were supplied
3m double sided tape (for the mic)
A file or drill (holes for speakers in the muffs)
Speakers go behind foam in the muffs
2 1/2 hrs me and my wife fought with them
So called my BUDDY that has a set of sena’sand still took him another 3 hours to install 3 sets
For how expensive they are I thought the should come with the proper stuff to install
I didn’t buy them out of a gum ball machine

Do you bring your headset in a heated environment when you’re not using them during the cold season? To help the battery life

Range not as far as advertised but works great for our team

battery lasts all day (no phone connected or radio on)

just purchased our 4 unit because we absolutely love them

been using them since November no problems yet

They have blown my mind probably already paid for their self

things they brought to our team
Safety
Efficiency
And the days just fly by with everyone communicating with each other

how is the connection? We have been looking at the 30k to upgrade from the 10s. Just want to make sure it’s not a “push this button 2 times, plus hold your finger on your nose and spin two circles”. Lol

After paring the first time (it is aggravating) you just tap 1 button twice and everyone is connected

I'm also looking at upgrading from the 10's, but have seen such mixed reviews.

We have the 30ks and can’t figure out the mesh intercom any ideas as to what we are missing?
We started with the 10s and loved them so we got the 30s (3 of each) and like the previous comments said everything on our crew is much better, efficiency, safety, and attitudes.

Do you have all 3 connected?

All 3 have been connected using Bluetooth but not mesh. We have had one of the 10s connected as well using Bluetooth. I tried using the 30K app on my phone and it’s no help

The top button underneath the antenna press once and the unit says mesh intercom on?

maybe I’m on Bluetooth and not mesh either but when I press the top button it says mesh on

we run 4 30ks and tried hooking up to a 10s and had no luck

paring up the first time is a major pain

We tried that but one goes to private mode and the other two go to public and we still can’t hear anything
