Good luck I bought a brand new one from Altec for my ALC 60’ and was 13k installed. Had to wait 6 weeks for it to be made by Nueco(Fot Wayne) they sent it not drilled and Altec (Indianapolis) had to send it back because they use a special jig to drill it. We are a very small company so it almost put me under. Me and my wife ate more tuna-fish that winter than I have my whole life and now I don’t ever want to see a can of tuna-fish again! I can laugh about it now it happened in 2015

It’s not my truck I have a Altec 55 and a high ranger TX 55 it’s a truck that I was looking at just trying to put some numbers together thanks for your input

Well, it seems like it’s either 20k on a new upper boom or 20k down on another truck. Choose your adventure.

20K was for a lower boom section. The upper had cracks as well but terex though it would be repairable. Problem is there's a recall on this boom for cracking but terex won't replace it like they are supposed to. See https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/rcl/2016/RCSB-16V233-6048.pdf
I have an XT 55 high ranger complete boom assembly, I would sell. The truck is in poor condition (rust) but the boom is in good condition. I'm in Clinton corners NY, Give me a call 845-266-3685
