This is a fantastic opportunity guys and a great chance to see some really cool stuff.

We have a beautiful large Norway Maple that we will be using as our climbing tree and plenty of room for everyone.

It’s gonna be a blast!

This is a field workshop in a large Acer platanoides so registration numbers are also limited by the size of the "classroom".

It is going to be a blast. Chris, I can't wait to team up and give one heck of a workshop.
For the participants...you will get to try out Sterling's HTP, Yale's Kernmaster, and I am hoping that New England will be bringing their "new" rope to try. You will also have the chance to try out a Unicender, RW, a prototype Hitch Hiker, and various climber set-ups and anchoring. Not to mention....we will be climbing and swapping stories.

I'm in! Pretty amped on it too, I've been using a wrench on a my last few climbs and can't wait to learn all the cool tricks from you guys who say SRT is the way to go. I know for a fact that the ascent (mod. Frog walk) is the fastest easiest way up I've found.

Yeah, glad you will be attending. I think we should have some tricks we can share, plus more great techniques.

Donny

Thanks to everyone for attending this first SRT Workshop. I had a blast sharing tips and tricks with everyone and hopefully everyone learned something from the class. Thanks to Donny Coffey for all that he did.

Please let Donny and me know what else we can add or change for the next workshop.

Thanks to Tchukki, Dave Lee and TCIA for helping with everything.

Next year I'll try to find a tree without any poop factor on the ground, ha-ha!

Did New England ever come through with their "new" rope?

was there a favorite SRT line that most prefered?

DETAILS!!!

Good on you guys for putting this on! I bet it was a blast!

Hats off to Donny and Chris for providing an information packed workshop! Having two full days to introduce and practice SRT Best Practices and concepts was awesome, and it was really neat to watch the lightbulb turn on in the heads of the attendees.

Thanks so much to everyone for sharing all the leadership, teamwork and comraderie at this event. I couldn't have asked for a better SRT training session!
