Sodium vapor light

I am wondering if an older tree could be affected by a sodium vapor light. I have an old live oak that is dying. The owner had installed a SV light right under its canopy.

I am wodering if it effects it lenght of light cycle and is killing it.

Anyone?

I am sure there are studies. I’ve seen trees act weird to street lights. Sometimes phototropic effects, and some refuse to shed leaves under the lights until the cold gets them.
