Been using this brand for a couple of years, just love them. They make some awesome hand pruners and loppers. I was at a Vermeer store a month ago, it was time for another loppers, so I bought one. Third time out of the truck, was trimming a lilac bush, 1" stems, and the bottom metal piece broke right past the anvil.
I called Sherrilltree right away because it was an obvious warranty issue, they had me send in a picture. 2 days later they emailed me and said they were no longer a dealer for LOWE.
I went straight to LOWE in Germany, sent them a message, and the next day they already had the piece that I needed en route, free of charge. Talk about customer service!
Apparently, Sherrill had dropped them. Sherrill was the only dealer they had, and they told me that they were not ready to say who the new dealer for North America.
