Sales Arborist wanted at Barrett Tree Service East Inc, Medford, MA. Join a rapidly growing TCIA Accredited Company providing quality tree care services throughout metro Boston region. We seek a career minded, college graduate from the Northeast with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and 2-3 years of experience related to arboriculture.
Candidate will join our team of Sales Arborists working with people and their trees in one of the most challenging landscapes, the urban forest. Serving as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process, your responsibilities will include: maintaining existing accounts and developing relationships with new clients within an established territory; providing sound arboricultural recommendations, defining project scope, selling tree care services, scheduling work and collecting payment.
Preferred candidate shall possess ISA/MCA certification, MA applicator license & CDL; or be able to obtain within 120 days of hire. Valid driver's license and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, CORI, and criminal background check is expected.
Compensation package includes base salary with financial incentives plus health insurance, 2% matching SIMPLE IRA, vacation & holiday pay, clothing allowance and continuing education credits. Our desire is for you to be earning $100K+ within 3-5 years of hire, with unlimited opportunity to advance within the company.
