Petzl GoPro mount location (pics pls!)

I searched the threads already. Before I find a "forever home" for the mount I'd appreciate a close up of where people put there mount plus any "whys" or lessons learned. I'm definitely planning on a zip tie or throw line safety lanyard for the camera initially.

I've just got the curved base and basic single axle tilt mechanism. If you wanna see all the stupid stuff I do and mercilessly critique me to make me safer and better climber I need your help! Thanks

Since you have a vented helmet, I would recommend the GoPro Vented Helmet Mount ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002EF2200/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ). You can thread the strap into one vent and out the vent next to it and back to the mount and tighten. It works well for me.
