Steve Connally

Been here much more than a while
I'm very seriously considering selling my crane. I haven't decided on an exact price or when I'm gonna list it. I do know it's gonna be in the 600k range. Everything I have amassed over the last 8 years pertaining to the business will go with the truck. Tools, spare parts, dash cam, phone mount, GPS......you name it. The only things coming off the truck are my chainsaws and climbing gear. This is not just a truck. It's a turn key business. You can literally take the keys from me, go to work, be outfitted for work and repairs without spending another penny. I'm happy to post some additional details on here if anyone is curious but what I would say is if you are in the market and that price range is in your budget, give me a shout and lets talk. Please respect the price range. If it's not you, this isn't worth either of our time to discuss. This isn't a fire sale. The repo-man isn't knocking on my door. I don't have to sell it. It's just time to make a decision based on the current business flow.

I wish the best for you Steve with whatever you decide to do. I can definitely vouch for your rig, having not only seen it but worked with it. The capability is amazing, and the attention to detail with the build is unmatched. I remember walking around it when you had it on the TCI floor. Everything is appointment just as it should for preparedness, efficiency, and productivity.

Oh boy I wish as I am fresh and green when talking about knuckle booms so with that being said I don’t think that truck is something for beginners also a little big compared to what I’ve been looking at.

To big is probably an ignorant thing to say?
Is there a such thing ?
But seen this right on the floor the Indy TCIA show and it’s very impressive

Big is only relative to what you plan on doing with it. For me it's just big enough but could use bigger. My 50 was big enough until it wasn't. The size of the truck isn't what makes or breaks an entry level model but I totally understand. I was glad I started with the other truck honestly. Moving up to this was amazing. I'm happy to talk to you about these units if you ever want. No expectations or hard sell tactics. I talk to a lot of people about these trucks and help them learn. I personally won't ever try to talk somebody into buying something from me. If will speak for itself and if this is the class/size truck you want, I'll tell you why this truck is a good purchase. I don't want the karma of talking somebody into the wrong choice for themselves for MY benefit. That's no clean living. I try to live a clean as I can as clearly my past life may have been less than stellar :))). The truck is amazing and will be a steal for the rite person. Honestly I'm hoping a sale just falls into my lap as the thought of inventorying and listing it for sale upsets my stomach----bad---!! This entire thing is pretty unsettling but-----------if you ever wanna talk k-booms give me a shout.

Greatly appreciate it and when I get serious I will definitely get ahold of you if your truck is still available.
Thanks

You could probably spend more than that for a cookie cutter build you’d grow out of pretty quick. Leave the grapple off and tie slings out of your CMC and crush some work. Fly on the hook and crush some work. Put the grapple on and mid grab then cut from the CMC and crush some work. Use it with the saw and still crush work. Of course you’ll have to decide what to do with trunk picks, but your options and capabilities with that caliber of crane are going to stun you.
