I thought I would post this here as I'm frustrated right now and feel it should of been handled differently. Monday morning 8am I call Nueco to order new hold down bolts for my alc boom as I'm rear mounting and didn't want to reuse the hold down bolts as there was some rust where the bottom plate is. They say they have them, I order and requested the shorter bolts he said will be here Tuesday. I called today and he said oh well there back ordered ill have to check when they will be here. It's the last thing I need to have the bucket back to work, shouldn't they have called to notify me of the back order? Or called and said they can send the bolts that are $2 more? Very frustrating when I have been waiting all week to get it finished up and then they don't bother to call and tell me there not going to be here next day?
