Here's a link to the official flyer. If anyone is interested, post it here and we'll hook up. This is a great event where tree care co.s from around NJ (and neighboring states) get together and climb, cut, prune, remove, grind, chip, cable, lightning protect, fert, and laugh. We usually see 150 or so volunteers and millions of dollars worth of gear. Fun for sure. Here's the link:

I'll be there, I'm sure Joey will be in and i'll work on the rest.

We just need to tell Glenny that either beers involved or someone is talking smack about him.

If I survive my weeklong hiatus up the mountains , I'll be there . Hope it's not in the ghetto this year , I thought I was in Germantown last year. I was trying to get out of town before the sun went down. If the Shitty Beatles are playing I'll bring the Pabst. I won't drink it , but I'll bring it. Roach won't make it , it's probally too far of a drive.

Here's the attachment directions to where everyone is to meet. Don't go directly to Greenwood Gardens. It can get clogged up easily.

I did the walk-thru today and there is a little for everyone there. From lightning protection, feeding, ornamental pruning to big nasty removals over statues of baby Jesus. It's all there.

The venue is a treeguys oasis. I saw a tree there today that they said was a mix of white oak and a chustnut oak. It's a pretty cool "mutt".

IF YOU ARE TRAVELING FROM PA, RI, OR SOUTH JERSEY, LEAVE YOUR DIESEL GUZZLING EQUIPMENT AT HOME.

The most important thing on Saturday is to be patient, this is a tight area to work in as far as accessability, so you may spend a bit of time "bullshitting"....which isn't all that bad.

Hope to see you there and pm me if you have questions.

I helped and organized the crews in my section that were taking down sketchy trees in a sensitive area.

Not a bunch of pansies putting lightning in spruce trees!! /forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I did see a couple of you guys ALL the way to the top tying into what looked like 3 inch tops!! Sick on a cold day. /forum/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Sure they were pansies, they are easily mistaken with pixies.
