New stump grinder

we are in the market for a new stump grinder. Anyone run the new raucous rg74 at all? Bandit 2650 on tracks looks to be the choice so far but if anyone has any rave reviews on other machines I'd love to hear them.

We bought a Bandit 2650. Demoed it last week and it was a beast. This was a leftover and if we passed it up would have had to add about $10k to the price of a new one......

Don't rule out a Carlton grinder with their razor teeth that are quite the grinder @menchofer recommended them to me and I was more than impressed!!!

Update on our 2650......The machine has been back to the dealer three times losing us probably eight working days plus money I had to pay a sub to get a time sensitive job done! The was an issue with some sort of interference with the remote causing the machine to die after running for a minute or so. Then the valve bank started hemeraging hydro fluid and back to the dealer again! Contacted the bandit rep and they comped me a set of teeth (big deal!) Knock on wood the machines been fine since, maybe just a freak thing but certainly not ideal for us. We use our machine almost every day and purchased a new machine to avoid down time!

As much as I hate anything Vermeer. The one thing I do appreciate that they do is. Provide a loaner equipment while there shit is down. Which is a invaluable service.
We own two Bandit Chippers and a bandit grinder. The Vermeer rep has been begging for our business and honestly, he's going to get it. Done with giving biz to those who can't back up the sale with the proper service.
