Location
Olympia, WA
Looks like I may be in the market for someone to work with us.

Safety/ Efficiency-Production/ Learning-- can you balance these and do them well?

ISA Cert. Arborist owner.

Would like CA, or CA-aspirant.

We do mostly above ground work--pruning, removals, grinding, occasional landscape pruning, planting, transplanting. Occasional root excavation. Some fruit tree work from Feb-April.

Big trees in Oly. We've worked on a 145' Doug-fir. Lots of 70'++ Doug-firs, WRcedars, Hemlocks, Big Bigleaf maples. Occasional spruces, pines, true firs, ornamentals, and other shade trees. This, that, the others.

Main season is April through October, with the normal slower periods going into Thanksgiving and Christmas/ New years. Some good winter storm work, trees on houses, etc.

Need someone sharp, that can follow directions, ask for clarifications, knows when to double-check or ask for feedback/ instruction, and do things right the first time.

DdRT, SRT, Friction protection, highlines, rig smart, speedlines.

Low-impact specialists.

Small company and growing. Still some growing pains, but moving up reasonably fast.

Any interest, feel free to PM me for more info and to give me some info.

I'll refine this post further. Just wanted to get it out.

Possibility of selling and moving in a year, at which a buy-out option might happen. My wife is more seriously looking at a new position in Bend, OR.

I'd plan to transition after she moves down there. Get business going down there, maybe work both places for a while, then finally sell our house and business (hard prospect, as we love it, and its so well suited for my business, and the property is awesome), though may continue to keep as a rental property.

PM for details.

Sounds fun. But, that rain...
