Looks like a SKED stretcher. Rolls up small like a sleeping bag. No real spinal protection but an effective movement device. The research has long said backboards tend to do more harm than good in most cases. Usually the first thing the er does is take them off the stretcher anyway.

Fantastic to see you all training for the specific hill-side scenarios you'd most likely encounter. Kudos. I realize you were all making simulations, though not fun to think of seeing a good friend in a stretcher. Let's knock on wood and say prevention is the cure, so we never see anything like that. Nice to see Mark scored the Maruichi han-ten robe! Maruichi banzai!!!
