Looking for tree motion leg strap assembly.

I recently replaced the hip to leg treemtion straps for 14 dollars. Now My leg straps are showing similar wear, bad news, 140 bucks per leg to replace that piece. Competition is a couple weeks away, payday is ten days away, wondering if anyone has a retired tree motion with in tact leg pads that they'd like to let go on the cheap, really just the leg part, not the whole saddle.
Frankly , I'm a little disappointed. I've had the saddle since April 2014, and if id known this saddle was going to cost me 300 bucks a year, id have gone with something else.
So I guess now I'll save up for a MCrS.
Thanks in advance!

Man that almost sounds like one of those first run Tree motions. I got one in 07 and there was a slight flaw that was abrasive and that thing was worn out in no time. The later models last Im on my 3 rd set of hip straps and the legs straps are still good

I'm digging the MCRS
Seems like a solid investment.

Really? I am astonished that I've only gotten a year out of it. Sounds like maybe a note to Teufelberger might be worth it. I'm mostly really bummed because I love the saddle, and expected at least 3-5 years with minor replacements needed. If the only answer is another 300 bucks, I definitely won't be sinking it into the tree motion.

Havent heard any word back from Teufelberger, bummer.
But I ordered mcrs anyway.
Hey john, or anyone else reading, mind posting a pic if how you have your gear attachment points set on mcrs? Maybe even worthy of a new thread.
When I found that video on climbingarborist.com about customizing gear attachment for tm, I was really pumped. So thanks for that dan (? I think), if you come across this.
Anyway, looking to the future

So Teufelberger and the treemagineers took my concerns very seriously, and assured me that the wear I had experienced is extreme for one years use. I met with a rep today to answer questions and offer sizing an adjustment tips and advice, we hung in our saddles, compared, and chatted.
All in all, a great customer service experience with a company who stands behind their product and really values the end user experience.
I'm really enjoying my Cornell, but the treemotion is still right at the top of my list.
Thanks again treemagineers and Teufelberger, and Will.

It seemed like my saddle was adjusted in such a way that my leg to d straps were working harder than the hip to d webbing, so at a hanging rest i was more horizontal than the ideal 45'ish.
I dialed the adjustment and will see how it wears, although admittedly my tm is not seeing daily use these days.

So I've got mine dialed closer to horizontal and that may be why I'm seeing a lot of wear on the hip to D straps?

Thanks for getting back on this one.

Are you using that mcrs then? TM has another year and a half before I reach the end of its recommended service life but I've been thinking about what comes next.

That's what we figured. Closer to a forty five shares the load better between the two straps, less wear and tear.
Daily use mcrs, it's a work horse. As comfortable as tm, holds gear better I think. Still love my treemotion though
