If so, it's a chest/knee ascender/stirrup with a bungee up top

There are two chest ascenders which can be used as a compact top/no handle ascender.

I'm not seeing a gold hand ascender??? Can you circle it or describe it clearly?

Gotta act quick...I plan on being out of town tomorrow or Thursday for a while.
