Looking for a pair of spikes

All of you upgrading to newer spikes; let me know if you have an older pair you'd like to donate or sell at a reasonable cost. I am trying to help out a climber in an impoverished area of Argentina by sending him a pair. Anything would be better than the homemade set he is trying to use now.

Depends on what you feel is reasonable. I feel this is sa great price fora fully loaded set of KK's Kiwi Klimbers KK set .. They have the foot ascender, loop/eye for the knee ascender, full Carbon Fiber, and the Titanium spikes. Still $300 but maybe you get them for yourself and send your old pair?

I’ve got a new set of distel spurs used only 1/2 dozen times. $500 new. Just like my Klein spurs better.

I have a backup pair of steel Bucks with 2-3/4" tree gaffs, and Buck super cushion wraps with the metal inserts. They are used, but in great condition. A great, bulletproof, super comfy set of spurs. I could let them go for $150.

Just curious why people pawn spikes. They are a money maker in themselves. Just about every tree climber needs a set. I went years without and was fine, but after I invested in a set, I couldn't see getting rid of them.
