Looking for a good climbing boot

Gents,

Currently looking for a good chainsaw climbing boot. I've always just used hiking boots for tree work, but my dad had a minor mishap the other day while cutting firewood, and now my wife wants me to get a more protective boot. What's a good chainsaw boot that's also good for being in a tree for 8+ hours? I was looking at the Haix Protector Ultra and the Pfanner Matterhorn...any clear leader between the two? Thanks!

Stein makes a real light weight one with no steel toe.

Arbor tech makes a nice boot.

Pfanner zermatt is also good.

I have heard good things about hair as well.

I have the arbor tecs also which are a good boot but took a long time to break in and a bit clunky.

Seems like the arbortech scaffel lites are the rage. Haven't tried a pair yet. Shelter tree has a wide color selection. Props to you for upping the PPE.

I’ve had them all, and the Stein’s by far are the lightest, aren’t clunky like the other 2.

Sherrill had them on display at the tree expo, haven’t seen them yet on their website or TS, maybe @bonner1040 has some insight or not, but honey bros ships to North America and fast as well, I’ve ordered from them quite a bit for things we can’t get here.
