Established Landscape Maintenance company is seeking Landscape Sales Architect/Designer to sell and manage landscape projects in the Downers Grove, IL area. This company has been providing landscape maintenance services to over 400 clients annually in Downers Grove for 28 years.
Candidate will possess at least 1-5 years in landscape design and landscape sales and degree or education in landscape design/architecture. Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) will also be a plus. Must have knowledge of plants, trees, perennials, and annuals and the use of these materials for upgrades to existing landscapes.
The position is responsible for meeting clients expectations from initial consultation through final installation including design and presentation of proposal and estimates, sales and pricing, sourcing materials, supervision of installation and final inspection/walk through.
Must be passionate about creating beautiful landscapes and be able to effectively take an existing landscape and upgrade plants and materials and sell directly to the client.
