I am currently looking for a contract climber in (or around) Chester County PA, for the remainder of the busy season (or longer if the work keeps up). I am somewhat committed to someone through mid August but am getting tired of the baggage that comes with them.
I am looking for someone, one and sometimes two days a week (no promises but the work has been consistent). I am focused on high quality work, pruning and removals.

Musts:
Know how to use an alarm clock!
Can show up on time consistently!
Must be insured and able to provide proof!
Must be willing to accept payment in check form at the end of the day and be able to provide an invoice for services!
Can not be afraid of a brush chipper and willing to use it if the need arises!
Have an attention to detail and open mind!
And most importantly you MUST be safety oriented!!!

What I provide:
High quality jobs, a fun work environment, and an easygoing laid back but energetic pace. I am willing to share anything in my tool box on a job if it helps out or even if I got a toy you wanna try.

What kinds of jobs:
Crane removals with 30 - 50 ton cranes
High end spikeless pruning
Crown cleaning
Crown reductions (Topping is not tolerated).
Technical manual removals

What to expect:
Tree care, nothing more nothing less.

Interested contractors can reply here or PM me.

Thanks in advance for any interest.

No driver's license? No mention of drug habits/issues?

You might just get lucky lol

You are correct I did not mention either. Lol
I honestly don't care if they have a drivers license as I am looking for a sub-contractor and they will not be
driving my trucks on roads. But they do have to be on site on time, I don't really care if grandma drops them off! Lol

As for drugs/habits thank you very much for pointing this out - drugs and alcohol WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. I feel this falls under the safety heading.

I am an honest and very transparent person I speak what is on my mind. I ask that people are honest with me. I'm willing to give people a chance even if it's one day. If we don't work well together or don't like each other or you hate my operation no hard feelings you get paid, we part ways.

Stan I am hoping to get lucky. It's a long shot posting this here. But I am getting to the end of my rope with a couple of the guys I am currently working with. Thanks for your post

I'm still in search of a contract climber 1-2 days a week for the end of August through September (as of now). We service Chester and Delaware county's in PA and New Castle county in DE. Let me know if you are available and meet my requirements in my first post.

Thanks in advance

I've worked intermittently with Mert over the past 4 years, and he is top notch...a great gig for a high-quality, hard-working contract climber out there looking for a better-than-average work environment.

I could go on and on about why he's the "real thing"...safe, cutting edge, no BS, treats customers fairly, treats coworkers generously, efficient and smart, legit tree care, etc., etc...
