All of the naked branches are probably going to die. It is extremely off balanced now. It looks like a total removal job that didn’t get completed.
Not true. We may not like what was done, I certainly don't, but that is not a reason to propagate a misconception. Doing so just causes confusion for the homeowner/tree owner. It looks like it was not the first time that tree was cut like that.
At this point it is kind of your fault for hiring them again (assuming you hired them). If they killed a tree before, you could have expected that they'd do it again. Why would you keep paying them? Good luck to you and the tree, and I'd go complain about the job. This is a bad job right? They killed the other tree a couple of years back by doing the same thing to it.
Okay, now I can accept your position. When I thought you hired them, there was no love.Im the resident its the property management company who hired them. I complained to them about the job that they did on the other tree but they didn't listen to me. Seriously this is a terrible job right? Im not just complaining out of place right?

What do you do, if you're not an arborist?Yes, it is not done to current standards or ways of thinking about what’s best for the tree. But what do I know, let’s wait for a Pro for a correct response.
I believe you could pretend to be Tony Stark and pull it off.Pretending to be one!
