The Texas Forest Service and the Texas Chapter ISA are hosting a third workshop for ISA Certified Arborists on how to identify and manage oak wilt.
Each participant that successfully completes the training will be awarded a Certificate of Training Completion. This training will be noted on the www.texasoakwilt.org website as well as on any handouts and other material referencing qualified individuals. Here is a copy of the fall workshop brochure.
Registration will begin April 1, 2007 and is limited to the first 60 that register. All interested arborists are urged to become Certified Arborists before that date!!

Unfortunately this "certification" will limit one's knowledge to the use of injections only.

[/ QUOTE ]Au contraire, Uncle Wiltie. One's knowledge is not limited.

Even though the cert test may be narrow, the test-taker's mind need not be.

O and if the noninjectors ever get their stuff together to scientifically verify efficacy, there are ways they can get on the radar. Stay cool, A-rab.
