I need a Contract climber southern New Hampshire

Hey guys, I need a contract climber in the Manchester NH area asap. I have a 125 ft pine that's about 3 to 4ft in diameter that customer wants down. House sits about 8 feet from it. Tree leans just slightly toward the house. Its been limbed up to maybe the last 25 ft. The tree is my avatar picture. Let me know if your interested.
Thanks

A friend of mine is a general contractor he needed a few tree cleaned up on a property. My brother and I do some climbing mostly rec but don't mind cleaning out some dead branches ect for friends. He mentioned later there was a pine that needed to come down, said everything could be dropped out no rigging needed not to hard. I got there saw the tree and couldn't stop laughing, its big, everything needed to be rigged and my willingness to help out friends ends at about 100ft high so yes that tree is over my head. I was able to get everything else done but he still needs that monster down. I know most of the climbers on here can make sort work of this tree just hoping to find someone in the area.

Banjo, Height is about 125 ft DBH is about 3ft but we can drop the last 50ft or so. Targets include the house to the right which is about 6 to 8 ft from the tree at the base and get closer toward the top of the house because the tree leans slightly toward it. You can see in my avatar picture. On the back side there are other trees with branches that get in the way. Front landing pad is fairly large (where my brother is standing in the picture)

Bring beer and a lawn chair. And of course the video camera.

I'll bet $2 its some guy who used to climb, but hes "retired", but figures he can drop it without doing too much damage. It will involve pulling with a truck and barber chairing. Anyone with me?

Well its down...I wasn't there but I'm glad to say I don't have any good stories. Guy seemed to know what he was doing from the pictures that were texted to me (aside from the no helmet, chaps, or shirt thing). That's pretty much why I was trying to find someone. From a liability standpoint I think I would have been better off just taking an ax to the tree for him. Well nothing happened, tree down, bullet dodged.
