After using it several times I noticed the air chamber was still slightly pressurized after a launch. I searched around and finally found a lighter spring (on Amazon) I could use on the diaphragm to let the valve open quicker and stay open longer. So now I can get a little more distance, or I can use less pressure for the same distance. The spring is slightly different in size, but it was easy to make simple spacers to keep it lined up perfectly in the valve.
