Nice video, Ben. I'm unfamiliar with that species of tree, but the deadwood appears to be easily identified. I saw your reply on YouTube about the tree getting hollow, but there were a lot of openings in that tree ... again, my ignorance of that species.

this species can be totally hollow inside and contain to live for hundreds of years - the small hollows in this example in my opinion aren't sufficient to be any significant threat but there is this one section that was interesting.
