thats a pair of sulphur crested cockatoos letting me know how pissed they are that I am climbing past their nesting hollow in the trunk on my left.What animal was that noise?

Epic tree
this species can be totally hollow inside and contain to live for hundreds of years - the small hollows in this example in my opinion aren't sufficient to be any significant threat but there is this one section that was interesting.Nice video, Ben. I'm unfamiliar with that species of tree, but the deadwood appears to be easily identified. I saw your reply on YouTube about the tree getting hollow, but there were a lot of openings in that tree ... again, my ignorance of that species.
