Well done Didg. It has taken a while for a posting to arrive on the subject. Brief update to those interested. I was at Westonbirt yesterday with Pugsly and we managed to spy a number of trees that will test all the climbers involved. Species are common oak, douglas fir, scots pine common beech, the setting is simply awesome with over 400 acres of parkland filled to overflow with truly magnificeent trees for the plantsman & treeman alike. All we need is fine weather for the days and all should be well. All spectators will be warmly welcomed. Book the dates & don't miss out.
