Double lock brummel ring sling???

So far this is what I have. Just need some clarification on the re weave. I have the strands grouped into 4 groups of 3. Now, do I do a three strand braid on the 4 groups or just leave them unbraided? My understanding is that I would then pass 2 over and 2 under the standing end and do a 4 strand weave and finish with a standard bury...as always...input from the masters is always appreciated. Thanks

This method, the four-strand sinnet, results in a round braid. Then bury as you said.
I think it needs to be braided to maintain the lock.

I found this a few months ago when I was discovering slings and have referred to it several times for several different braid patterns.

The pattern that brocky recommended is there, as well as several flat braids and an 8 strand round braid.

Edit: and a couple of six strand round braids. My math was malfunctioning when I glanced at your image and I didn't think of factors of 12.
