We had a bunch of guys doing that here until the city started charging a "tree for fee" for pick up of removed trees. Home owner is charged $50 plus tonnage or it doesn't get picked up. Tonnage is $35 so a one ton tree costs $85. How many Loblolly pines only weigh a ton?? Yeah!!! What it is doing is pissing people off with the hackers which is a good thing.
Yeah, he's not out of bed before that.
