No, it has no penetrating ability, just kinda lays there. However, allow me to offer you a cheaper (and same) version. Quali-Pro Chlorothalonil 720 SFT. Been using it for about 5 years, works VERY well. 22 oz per 100 gals. I pay $80 for a 2.5 gal. jug.
