Couple bomb and drops..

Nice cutting! Jeremy did you mount that foot ascender on the spur? I couldn't tell. It would be nice to have a spur that had an foot ascender, and a handsaw already attached.

But your vid has me a little mystified. You dropped three trees right?

Now if none of them were the tree you first went up for your TIP? Then I'm cool saying great job. However if you dropped your TIP tree? Then I don't understand the ascendor on your gaff thing at all.

Surely tour TIP tree was not dropped right?

Forgive my confusion, but I watched it three times and still can't figure the sequence of what you did out.

I set a SRT line in the first central tree and worked off of it for the other two trees. Yes the tree I used as my tip was felled also. There were 4 trees removed altogether. Why didn't I just spike up the tree? Because I wanted to SRT.
