Growing professional tree service consisting of multiple crews, looking for highly qualified, motivated tree service workers to fill long-term backup/Co-lead/lead climber positions.
We have experienced, elite crews and personnel, looking for valuable climbing additions with experience and skill. We currently have a 10 week backlog, and are looking to expand.
We are a local family owned, team oriented tree services that exhibits professionalism and performs quality work, while remaining legitimate on all fronts of business. We have a motivated, outstanding sales division, and refined advertising campaign to keep our crews busy year round. We take care of our employees, both on and off the job - and are looking for good company climbers who are interested in working for a consistent, professional, legitimate tree service with many perks - including seasonal job-security, great legitimate wages, consistent overtime, subsidized medical benefits, and future arboriculture advancement options. Those willing to relocate from out of state are encouraged to apply.
We are also interviewing for a co-lead, and backup climber positions.

We also promote growth and development in the area of Arboriculture, providing training materials for ISA certification, as well as covering testing costs (upon meeting long term employment marks) and ongoing ISA CEU education.
Requirements for Climber Position ($20-$60 DOE*):
- Professional, punctual and consistent
- 3-5 years as a lead climber on a production crew
- Full time commitment, year round
- Safety oriented climbers; CPR, Aerial Rescue, first aid experience
- Proficient in heavy rigging equipment (port-a-wrap, ECT, GRCS, etc)
- Expert in performing fine pruning, to ISA standard
- Certified arborist a +
- Great attitude, consistent, "company" climbers
- Team players, able to work well with others in a very efficient production crew
- Bucket truck/crane experience a +
- CDL class A, +
- Spurless experience capability
Again, we are looking for those individuals with tree climbing experience only. You can apply for a groundsmen position if you are interested in getting into the industry.
