Experienced Climbing Arborist needed on the North Oregon Coast!
We are a medium-sized company supporting the local market of North Western Oregon and South Western Washington. ISA Certification a big plus. You will report to the owner of our company and use your advanced skills of timeliness, safety, and above average communication with; customers, suppliers, and company team. Continuing education and certification are both possible with this position. Above average pay which will be determinded with experience levels. This position is full-time and seasonal.
Required Responsibilities:
1. Punctual to begin your shift, check out your truck and equipment, and to arrive at the job sites as scheduled.
2. Quality Assurance of urban forest management at the customer locations and at all job sites.
3. You must bring an intuitive knowledge of appropriate safety procedures and follow the corporate policies.
4. Accurately follow all company SOP’s and Work Instructions including documentation.
5. Familiarity with OSHA regulations is required.
6. Minimum of two years experience as a climber, arborist and tree care specialist in the arbor care industry.
7. Driving record must be documented and accepted by company prior to beginning work.
8. Must deliver excellent communication skills with all parties – suppliers, customers and company team members.
9. Experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of Safety required.
10. Must have the company shared values internalized and displayed through your interactions with our customers, suppliers and company team members of respect, honesty, loyalty, family, responsibility, sustainability, and teamwork.
