Best ear protection for kask super plasma

Hi all, this is my first post, thank you for adding me on here. I used to run a petzel vertex helmet with the 3m x3p3e muffs and the noise protection was excellent. I recently got a new kask super plasma that I swapped those muffs over to. I love the helmet, but those muffs seemed to hardly work on the kask. I put some actual kask muffs on the helmet and they work better, but nothing like how the 3m's work on the petzel. Has anyone had any experience with this? What does everyone run with their kask helmets?

I can't speak to what you were using before, but I'm using Husqvarna muffs on mine - the new Husqvarna helmet style is a rebranded Super Plasma, so if you already have a Kask SP, you can order new Husqvarna muffs and they'll fit the stock mounts that came with your helmet.
