Best Climbing Pants?

I really like Arborwear Canopy as well. Hardly feels like I have pants on.

I also bought a pair of Propper STL II pants that I really like. Almost as much as the Canopy pants...and for the price, I'd make the switch. However, the second pair I bought (same size and model) didn't fit like the first, so I'm not sure what was going on. (first pair from Sierra Trading. Second from Amazon). Haven't tried again...not sure if I should try the same size or change sizes - is it the first pair or second pair that are sized wrong?

See what I found out is some the the REI hiking pants work really well. But it all depends on how you treat them. I like my hiking pants from REI more then I like the ascender pants from arborwear.

I have the SIP Progress pants only because they are the only manufacturer that makes them big enough for my fat butt. They seem to be hot in summer and cold in winter, not sure how they do that. Bailey's has an economy version that I may try sometime, but I want to try the Cloggers first as they make them big enough for me. I have begged Bill at Arborwear to make bigger sizes available and he just won't do it.
