Avant loaders??

Looking at adding one to our fleet...what are the pros and cons. Will still keep the bobcat

The city of Minneapolis Forestry just got four articulated Avants. I don't know which model. I haven't driven one yet, we just finished planting season so it's only seen duty using the auger. We're just shifting into ash/elm removal season where they'll get a workout.

Which model are you looking at? I'd be happy to get you a price/availability.

Real nice machines, that's about all I can tell ya. I've operated two different models and they both perform well. Lumberjack and TNT will have to fill in the details, but I can say that you won't be disappointed.

There is no comparison. The Avant will work circles around a Dingo and not leave a trace behind. Even the smallest model will out lift a Dingo.
