Anyone have an organic treatment with good results?

Copper or sulphur based fungicides can be effective against scab. There are a couple on the market that are omri labeled.

Organics won't get you as good of control, but there will be a reduction in the disease. I find that having soap mixed at a 2% solution mixed with copper does fairly well. Check out the fungicide Regalia. It is terrible when used by itself, but if you mix with copper or sulfur it does better than just copper or sulfur on their own.
