I had to replace the scored piston/ cylinder assembly in this saw. The replacement went perfect, and it started right up, but didnt idle perfectly. Since I didnt have a bar and chain on it I didnt do any carb adjustments that night. A few days later I put a bar and chain on it and tried some cutting, power was low, idle was uneven, and eventually it just shut itself off. I put it away again for a couple days and when I came back to it, it was leaking bar oil. So, I carefully put a scrench in the spark plug hole, turned the clutch until the piston was tight to the scrench and undid the clutch by putting a flat blade screwdriver on the flats on the clutch and hitting the screwdriver with a hammer to break it free (normal proceedure, right?). When I got to the oiler assembly, the hose was clogged with old oil, so I blew it out and replaced it. Once I had the whole saw reassembled, I went to start it and the clutch wouldnt let go of the sprocket drum. I took the clutch back off (following the above proceedure) and carefully wound it back on hand tight and made sure the drum spun freely, it did. I went back outside to start it, without cutting equipment on, and it wouldnt start. Thought it might be flooded, let it sit. No start. So, I disassembled the piston and cylinder and found no scarring and it moved like it should (piston ring seemed good). Can't get it to start, carb's clean, fuel lines are clean (i know this to be true because it is forcing gas mix through the decomp port when it's open), fuel's fresh, spark plug's new, but compression seems slightly low (but not from the piston/cylinder, it's lacks scoring). Where could my issue be? (besides being a rookie saw mechanic, therefore please refrain from degrading replies , constructive help or criticism only please
