2019 petzl sequoia bridge pin stuck and getting stripped

Hey yall, i need to replace my bridge on my petzl sequoia and the pins are tight enough that applying heavy torque is causing stripping and slipping with the allen key. I've replaced the bridge a couple times in the year since i got it. Cmi california swivel absolutely tore through my bridge after 2 months of use. I replaced it with the notch radius ring and noticed friday that the core is visible on the replacement bridge. I was able to fit some sirius cordage through the second bridge port and did stopper knots on either side. Likely going to switch back to my new tribe until I get this figured out.
I would appreciate any suggestions or related experiences, thanks!

A couple thoughts for you; try a socket-type Allen key, which allows you to put more pressure on it to keep it in the screw. Clamp the ring in a vise so you can hold it securely, push the socket it, and give it a series of light taps with a small hammer before turning it. Sometimes a few taps will loosen a sticky bolt.

Also, you might try a little heat. Not much, if you can’t touch the ring, it’s too hot, but just enough to make it feel hot can soften the thread locker that I believe is on that screw.

And of course, once you get the screws out, put in new ones, don’t reuse those!

Does Petzl recommend a torque spec for the pins? On dirt bikes we put a little grease on every bolt that we have to periodically remove. Never had one back out, and a dirt bike is a way harsher environment than climbing (vibrations, shock loads).
