2013 ASCA Consulting Academy: San Fran

Just checking to see who all else is headed to the Academy in a couple weeks?

I'll be there and am looking to learn boatloads. Maybe even put down a few local brews!

Nope; I went in '96, the second one. Big investment, but it paid off in many ways. do your pre-academy stuff NOW, jump in with both feet.

SZ, you seem slow on the uptake. choose yer battles.

I had to submit my preacademy report a week ago and I have read the books each at least twice already.

I am most definitely expecting to learn some key lessons while I am there.

Just doing the pre-academy report has already made a difference for me and has improved the quality of my customer communications.

Wrapped up today. Came away with useful stuff. Still, sticker-shock has not yet abated.

Was awesome to finally meet Nick and Willie and some of the other Buzzards there.

Alan K, sorry i didn't recognize you at first but man it was great to break bread with you each morning.
