Here's an additional tidbit!

After class on both days I'm going to host a campfire/cookout in my backyard.

If anyone is coming to town and is interested in camping there is plenty of room in my backyard. It's sorta wooded. House access of course.

That's the thing, Tony...our workshop is just a dual live webcast of you working in Birmingham, and Mark in Nashville, so we all win!:)

Seriously, I'm really looking forward to the workshop. It's going to be a blast!

Well in that case you may pick a bit up here and there! :):):):)

See you end of September at the New England conference !

Tony

In addition to the workshop during the day there will be a cook out/camp out both evenings at my place. No huge trees to climb but enough. Room for climbing and a portaledge or TreeBoat!

Enjoying a nice cool breeze right now, but it sure feels like it could become much worse in short time. We had a 10/10 weather today for the workshop and things only started to turn recently. Thanks for the heads up, though!

HUGE thanks to everyone that came out for the workshop! It was great to meet everyone.

Tom, real nice to work with you again. Thanks for everything.

Big ups to Raven for putting together so many of the important details. You really made things come together.

Happy climbing everybody!

Nice to meet ya finally Oceans. And thanks for all the awesome SRWP tips. 'Twas a great weekend of learning, especially for those beginners, I think some of them jumped their climbing skills forward by about ten years, haha!

I'm still in a toss up between the Hitchhiker and Unicender as my fav tool. Gonna wait impatiently for final production of the Rope Runner. They're all good in their own ways, and all have minor drawbacks, maybe someday we'll have something with the perfect marriage of all necessary features like easy on/off rope, smooth action like a hitch, compactness, RADS-ability, and durability.

I'm just heading out to empty the ToyBox and put away the buckets of gear.

The weekend was wonderful!

A couple of guys came up from Florida Keys and another from Albuquerque!

More and more climbers are now incorporating SRT into their tool kit. I'm happy!

Thanks for coming and helping everyone.
