    Ironclad 30% off today

I personally can't stand the sticky gloves I have tried the atlas and a few other brands of the same style. I can't get more than a day or two out of them. I always end up having the sticky material peel off and bunch up in my hitch! The diamond sticky pattern on the ironclads does not peel off...

Hey so apparently ironclad is having a 30 percent off sale that ends today. For those of you who aren't familiar ironclad makes the best gloves in the business! (IMO) Also their work apparel is great stuff too I wear the box handelers for climbing and super duty for rope running. I also love...

a hazard i never thought of...

Tom, thanks for the kind words... There is a shut off for the upper controls in the bucket but nothing to shut off the override from the lowers. Raven, it's cool I asked for it with that madman comment. I was just trying to allude to why I would allow pieces to be coming near hitting the truck...

a hazard i never thought of...

I was recently doing a deadwooding job with a older bucket. It was one of those jobs where there were a bunch of trees throughout the yard and I was just driving around cleaning the canopies. I wasn't paying that much attention to where things went to do to the fact that there was nothing but...

    Bucket truck advice

the elevators are also really nice because they allow different angles to access your work. being able to raise the lower booms pivot point 10 feet up opens a lot of new angles. nice for sneaking through the branches or those times where you could reach it if you could just get the lower boom a...

Cant clip retrieval snap on pulleysaver on rope?

I too at first was having a tough time with the snap but once you get the roll motion down it works great. I thought for sure it would only work with small dia. line but I can roll 1/2" vortex into it just fine.

TM accessory biners ? What and Where?

Thx for the idea's. I have one more large caritool, (I lost the gate on the last one) I will try hanging it upside down. And next time I go to shelter I'll check out the flat spine clip. The Petzl spirit looks a lot like the Kong Helium (at least from the pic's) I would probably love it if I...

TM accessory biners ? What and Where?

Hi whiz, thx for the feedback. What type of wire gate biners are you using? Do they stay in place? Do you hang them in the spots made for the caritools? I also hang my saw off my hip. I never thought off hanging it in the middle, but it makes sense. I have tried hanging a clip through the...

I'm not sure, Clark's farm does not ring a bell but places are named so many things I may have. Where is it?
