Yeah to be honest when I first got it I was really bummed about it’s performance ( especially when akimbo 2 came out and cheaper) ended up flying hitch for another month or two until I forced myself to figure it out. Been climbing on the throttle for About 6 months now. At first I had the same issue what I found works pressing out and down in an almost arc direction. This technique made it a usable device in my opinion.- Trreeguy
