So I watched it and I think he had the new RR Version 2 with him! Check it out! Start the video at 1:53

Lol yeah the RopeRunner has actually been in production for several years. They have 5 versions distinguished by 5 different colors

Thinking about buying another line for it though, I currently run Tachyon with the bolllard all the way open and it performs alright but I feel like it could be smoother . I'm in NJ So my trees are almost always less than 85' that I climb

The rope runner concept was sold to Treestuff.com. Treestuff.com was sold to Sherrill along with the Rope Runner. It is up to Sherrill now. Treestuff had made an arrangement with RE prior to the sale of Treestuff. That is all in the process of being navigated still as we speak. Not quite sure of the latest status or decisions.

When you say the "concept was sold", are you saying that you gave up your patent to them also? Or did you never get a patent on the Rope Runner?

I have to admit I'm finding this to be a bit of a bummer. Thanks for taking the time and being so open about these issues.
