I would assume (and so be careful here :) ) that anything with higher Phosphorus (N - P - K , the second one) would stimulate more fruit production. Fruit production is high cost physiologically for the tree, so oaks tend to have a biennial cycle in acorn production. Should be, if the tree is generally healthy, old enough and has decent sun, you get more than enough acorns every other season. R
