I'm thinking Elaeocarpus decipens (Japanese Blueberry). Here's a UF fact sheet. Better photos would help, but I see this a lot in Florida landscapes. The leaves can turn red as they senesce. https://hort.ifas.ufl.edu/treesandpowerlines/elaeocarpus_decipens_pics.shtml

By the way, the Bismarckia nobilis (Bismarck Palm) and what appears to be some type of Phoenix spp. (Phoenix Palm) in the photo, are both subject to Lethal Bronzing disease in Florida. The Bismarck is also subject to infestation by Giant Palm Weevil. It's an expensive palm. You may want to have an arborist who is a palm expert and holds a pesticide applicators license advise you on prophylactic treatments to keep them healthy and looking good.
