We lost a old buzz member yesterday @jontreeHI

evo

Been here much more than a while
Location
My Island, WA
@JontreeHI

I just found out via social media, had to do a google search and came up with this. I’m sure his wife and kids need some support

“It is with with great sorrow that we share the tragic passing of Jon Matych. On May 14th, Jon was working with a crew collecting logs at the base of a large hill. Without warning, a dead tree fell from atop the hill striking Jon on the back of his neck. He passed immediately and without pain.
Born and raised in Michigan, Jon touched many lives. If you were lucky to know Jon, you will remember the warmth he brought to you. He could hold a conversation with anyone, making you feel his kind and personable way. The only thing he loved more than being in nature, was spending time with his beautiful family.
His loving wife, Zoe, and their three children, Dylan-12, Paloma-10, and Griffin-9 months , now face the financial burden of funeral arrangements and the continuing challenges of losing their primary provider.
We ask you to support the Matych family in whatever way you are able to. Any donation will be greatly welcomed as well as the sharing of this fundraiser to honor Jon's memory and to support the Matych family.We love and miss you Jon.

I hate it when tragedy hits this close.
I'm currently financially strapped at the moment. Taxes need to be paid, HO insurance, and 3g worth of repair bills for my truck.

@evo PLEASE PM me in a month in case I forget. I should by recovered by then.

I hear that, I’ll message you now and just keep it marked as unread.
