Umbrella shaped tree

Does anybody know what kind of tree this is. It was in the neighborhood I used to live in. I pulled the pic from google street view. I remember there used to be a bunch of ants on it for some reason. Thanks.

I would also concur with a Weeping Cherry of some sort, quite likely a Snow Fountain Cherry. If so, it is grafted tree, not a naturally grown tree - that tree will not grow like that in nature or reproduce, it has to be “manufactured” by a nursery.

I planted this weeping cherry as a sapling in our yard, Now It flowers beautifully every spring, and then drops its leaves earlier than an other tree each fall.
