Nostalgic Bur Oak Colony

We had the day off for a storm that never really amounted to anything. I took the opportunity to take a bike ride to a beach we used to drink beers and have bonfires at when we were younger. Thought it’d be cool to share this colony of Bur oak used to make a pretty awesome network of treehouses. 8564DEDC-1135-477F-981F-7A1FEFE35FEE.jpeg 96DBF835-72D7-4592-8AA5-ADCD9625BFA8.jpeg 0E432EAE-A7B1-464D-A9A4-303F3473D117.jpeg CE0E37F6-C08F-40A5-915B-AD4602429B8D.jpeg 9654B4AC-23FD-47AD-A89D-9AE29DA94425.jpeg C6C46A6D-CAAF-48A9-ADA0-1F581E842012.jpeg 724C9F23-AFD8-48D8-88FB-DCBBEF4057A0.jpeg F18B708F-B5EB-4E6D-A8FE-B1D844365D57.jpeg 9A0D0179-A524-4A14-A04B-24837297B276.jpeg 038786C3-3E4B-4B34-A7F0-432389749A90.jpeg

We didn’t build it, A local guy did it. It’s all from the beach. A few big storms broke up what was there and he rebuilt multiple times. A few of us knew him a bit but he mostly did the builds and let others enjoy them. He has a few other little structures in town he’s built.
