High helix drill bits for injections

I've tried "regular" bits and things worked just as well as the high helix. The key is using sharp bits. It is easier to throw away a $1.50 bit when you think it is starting to get dull (OK...confession time: I haven't thrown them away. If you need a fist full of modestly sharp 3/8" bits if you want them!).
