Comparing tracked lifts - CMC vs. Easy Lift

We've been running the 82' Omme lift from Tracked Lifts for almost 5 years, but are now seeing a lot of wear issues. We are considering purchasing a new machine, and are curious to hear what others think of the CMC All Access 83HD Arbor Pro and the Easy Lift 87-48AJ from Up Equip. Pros? Cons? How easy is it to get parts? Service support to upstate NY? Would appreciate any other insights others have found in comparing these machines.

1900 on the diesel motor. 415 on the electric motor. Electric motor only runs when a function is in operation though, so keeps hour count down.

Im in the same markt and trying to nail it down is challenging. Ive narrowed to 3, CMC , Tracked & Easy. Up offers least printed information. I hear nothing but great things about them in research. Personally , one of the nicest guys is Alain at Up.
Lenny at All Access is very informative but definitely a salesman, Tracked seems to split the difference. Talk to all 3 .

Yes it is challenging, especially with COVID limiting availability of machines and ability to see things in person. We just bought the CMC model - one became available much sooner than expected, and another local tree service runs it so we had a chance to see it in action. I did hear a lot of great things about Easy Lift, but had no way to demo one. Maybe we'll go that route next time.

How long have you had it and why did d you purchase the CMC?
Just bought it 2 weeks ago. Liked the features in general, and had local service options and a local dealer to work with. With COVID constraints, we had no way to demo an Easy Lift, and they are not interested in taking our old unit in trade. So we decided this was the best route to go based on machine availability.
