Hey Rico -- sounds like you have some hostility toward a young man who is ambitiously interested in the profession. I've seen a wide array of engaging posts from "Treesap" and have a clear sense that encouragement and mentoring would be favorable to bashing and criticism.
Anyone actually had to USE a clot pack? I've heard that they have to cut that stuff out when you get to the hospital, making me think it's a last resort kind of thing (after applying pressure) ... but wondering if anyone has firsthand experience?
I haven't had to deal with people in a park, but I'll never forget Lawn Man. This guy owned the property, the house was a rental and empty, and when I started dropping stuff he decided to ... fertilize the yard. He shows up at this point in my video of the job. Lawn Man had a death wish.

I was wrestling with a related conundrum yesterday: I recommended removal (by another company with a crane) annnnnd the homeowner wanted me to do some minimal pruning. In both cases, what gets left behind could be a hazard. At least your hazard will be full of snakes and squirrels.
My RRP started to chirp on a descent today in the tree ... anyone else had/heard this? Couldn't reproduce the sound later so not sure what to think. Sounded kinda like a roller needed lube, but not sure.
